Rates and reservations
The rates depend on the season, the length of the stay and the number of rooms to be used during your stay. The Gîte can only be rented by one party at a time.
However, the price can be discounted if the number of rooms rented is limited (feel free to contact us for de-tails). Deposits: Rentals do not include cleaning ser-vices.
A cleaning deposit of 150 euros will be requested upon arrival, and will be fully refunded upon departure if the level of cleanliness is acceptable. The beds have pillows and blankets. Sheets and towels are not provided.
The deposit may be only partially refun-ded or not refunded at all if the beds and pillows are used without sheets or pillowcases.
An equipment deposit will be requested as well. It will be refunded 2 weeks after your stay.
The deposit may be partially refunded or not refunded at all in the event of equipment breakage.
Reservation and confirmation:
All rental reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

In return, you will receive a rental contract to complete, sign and return.
The reservation deposit is 30% of the full reserva-tion price. This deposit must be paid wi-thin 2 weeks of sending your reservation request.
The balance of the cost of the rental must be paid upon arrival (if in cash) or 30 days prior to arrival (if by check or wire transfer) or in full upon reservation if the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival. The rental will be automatically cancelled if these condi-tions are not met.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation made over 30 days prior to anticipated arrival will be fully refunded.
An amount of:
- 75% of the cost of the rental will be re-funded for any cancellation 30 to 15 days prior to arrival
- 50% will be refunded for cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations made the week preceding arrival are non-refundable.
Rates:
Weekend rentals are from Friday at 6 pm to Sunday at 6 pm Off
Peak rentals (outside of school holi-days):
- Weekend: 450 euros
- 1 week: 900 euros
- 1 weeknight: 300 euros + 100 euros for each additional night
Peak rentals (during school holidays):
- Weekend: 500 euros
- 1 week: 1000 euros
- 1 weeknight: 400 euros + 100 euros for each additional night
